how does it work?
reach out to me via contact form, e-mail, or instagram direct messaging to get the ball rolling. in your initial message please include photos of designs and stones from my previous pieces as inspiration as well as any details of things you'd like to add or remove. i will pull stone options from my collection to send over, and then we can move forward from there. my customs are 16-18 weeks out for completion from initial paid deposit. once i begin working on your custom i do reach out to connect and ensure that we can move forward with original design and size we discussed. i do not accept custom inspiration photos from other makers. after custom deposit i kindly ask no swapping stones, we can always get another one in the works!
tell me about pricing?
the pricing of a custom is the same as pricing for a piece to be released during an online collection. cost is based on the stone, metal supplies, and labor. this all can vary based on the grade/mine of stone, thickness of stone, how large and detailed the design is. sometimes the simple designs take just as much time too! when requesting a custom, the prices may vary greatly depending on stone and designs. don't be afraid to tell me your budget right away as i have designs and stones that can fit most if not all budgets!
how and when do i pay?
custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the stone and reservation. payments are collected via pay-pal, quickbooks, or shopify invoice. if you need smaller payments in order to move forward, my website offers after pay and shop pay that can be used as well. the remaining payment is to be completed within 48 hours of the piece being completed. orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
can i return?
custom orders, custom order deposits, custom order payment plans are NON-REFUNDABLE. these special one of a kinds are made specifically for you and with you in mind. through the custom process we are in constant communication, please make sure to let me know any changes or updates needed during the process.
